Beyond Barre Fitness is an energetic, fun, workout that uses different techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga using the bootybarre method. BB Fitness will tone, define, and chisel the whole body. This workout is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. This is a well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level
